Real Estate Aerial Shoots
A listing near the water sells the water as much as the house. An aerial shoot shows the roofline, the lot, the street, and the shoreline in one set of images that ground photos cannot match.
The shoot
- One hour on site at the property, anywhere on Oahu.
- Aerial stills and video of the home, the lot, and the surrounding coastline and neighborhood.
- The shot list is planned with you before the flight, so the angles you need for the listing are covered first.
- Files are delivered in a private online gallery, ready for the MLS and your marketing.
Shoots are priced per property. Send the address and we will give you a number before anything is booked.
Who flies
Every shoot is flown by Jasper Cabiao, an FAA Part 107 certified commercial drone pilot. He is also a licensed Hawaii real estate agent, so he knows what a listing needs and what a buyer looks for from the air. Flights are cleared for the airspace around the property before the day, and we work around weather the same way we do for surf work: if conditions are wrong, we reschedule rather than deliver footage you cannot use.
